Our client manages modern apartment buildings, traditional blocks of flats, mixed use developments, private housing estates and private rented sector (PRS) or build-to-rent (BTR) developments, as well as portfolios of rented properties for residential or commercial landlords.
Due to continued growth, our client is looking to add an experienced Building Surveyor to their team to cover the Midlands.
The successful candidate will be required to work from the office at least one day per week, and will carry out surveys on a range of residential properties.
Salary on offer will be up to £50,000 with a long list of additional benefits.
