Turner Property Recruitment are delighted to be working alongside a thriving residential property management specialist who operate throughout the UK.

Operating from offices in Birmingham and London, our client is a forward-thinking, customer-focused property management company committed to positively impacting the everyday lives of the people in their communities. Our client manages modern apartment buildings, traditional blocks of flats, mixed use developments, private housing estates and private rented sector (PRS) or build-to-rent (BTR) developments, as well as portfolios of rented properties for residential or commercial landlords.

Due to continued growth, our client is looking to add an experienced Building Surveyor to their team to cover the Midlands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Building Surveys and reports (Condition Surveys, PPM’s, Pre Acquisition Surveys, Photographic Schedules etc.)
  • Project management and contract administration
  • Preparing scheme designs and specifications of work
  • Advising on current regulations and standards relating to building construction and energy efficiency
  • Advising on construction design and management regulations
  • Preparing schedules of dilapidations
  • License to Alter
  • Maintaining strong relationships with our client's existing Property Management team and making sure all expectations are met
  • Understanding of and Implementing Section 20 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985

The successful candidate will be required to work from the office at least one day per week, and will carry out surveys on a range of residential properties.

Salary on offer will be up to £50,000 with a long list of additional benefits.
