A leading consultancy firm in the UK is seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor to support site quality monitoring in the South-West region. The successful candidate will have a relevant construction degree and ideally be a Chartered Building Surveyor. Responsibilities include managing project delivery in the education and justice sectors, alongside specialist consultants. Flexible working options are available.

The role is to support the South-West regional offices in delivering Building Surveying consultancy services.
We are seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor to support a pipeline of site quality, condition surveys and small project delivery projects.
The successful candidate will be supported by our building surveying team and will have opportunities to work on more traditional building surveying services i.e. Part Wall, defect diagnosis etc. as part of their overall remit.
