Job Title: Building Surveyor

Location: Holkham, Norfolk

The Land and Property department manages 300 residential homes, commercial tenants, 16 tenanted farms and their buildings, as well as the Grade I listed Holkham Hall and other historically significant buildings.

The Building Surveyor will oversee various building projects from inception to completion, ensuring sympathetic maintenance within budget. Candidates should be Chartered Surveyors with a passion for heritage buildings and a pragmatic, commercial outlook.
