Role Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional Building Surveyor to join our market-leading team in Manchester.

The role involves delivering high-quality services to build a strong pipeline of instructions, generating fee income, and supporting strategic improvements across a diverse client base.

As a senior team member, you will drive team and divisional growth, promote a culture of excellence, and enhance our market-leading service with innovative technology solutions to improve efficiency and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver instructions across various services including planned preventative maintenance, condition surveys, contract administration, defects consultancy, dilapidations, licences for alterations, reinstatement cost assessments, schedules of condition, and TDD.
2. Engage with clients and seek feedback to ensure high standards of service delivery.
3. Implement technology solutions to enhance efficiency, communication, and transparency.
4. Build internal and external connections to develop pipeline opportunities.
5. Identify and pursue opportunities to grow fee income and profitability.
6. Create case studies, marketing materials, pitch content, and promotional activities.
7. Contribute to the team’s success through financial and non-financial activities, promoting a positive culture.
8. Support the team with additional tasks as workload demands.
