Our client, a Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy based in Leatherhead, is seeking a Building Surveyor / Architectural Technologist due to ongoing growth. The role involves working on a range of commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Contract administration of extension and refurbishment projects, acting as Employers' Agent for new builds.
• Conducting measured surveys and producing AutoCAD drawings.
• Preparing feasibility studies, including drawings and budget estimates.
• Producing specifications and schedules of work.
• Submitting planning and building control applications.
• Conducting building condition surveys and maintaining forward maintenance registers.
