An established and highly-respected consultancy is seeking an ambitious Building Surveyor to join their thriving Newcastle office.

The Building Surveyors’ role

In this role, the successful Building Surveyor will play a key role in delivering a broad range of professional services including building surveys, dilapidations, party wall matters, and defect diagnosis.

You will also be responsible for managing projects from inception through to completion, ensuring exceptional service delivery and technical excellence across a variety of sectors including commercial, residential, and industrial.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Building Surveyor who thrives in a collaborative and client-focused environment. You’ll be working on an exciting and diverse mix of high-profile projects, supported by a dynamic and experienced team.

As a Building Surveyor, you will also be expected to develop and maintain strong client relationships, while actively contributing to the ongoing success and expansion of the Newcastle office.
