A recruitment agency in Worthing is seeking a professional to survey and specify capital works on long-term voids, manage projects associated with damp & mould cases, and oversee delivery through contractors. Overview

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES To survey and specify capital works on long term voids. To survey and specify voids. To survey and specify capital works on damp & mould cases. To oversee the delivery of works through contractors and DLO.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Housing and Operational teams to clear a backlog of long term voids, standard voids and some capital works associated with Damp and Mould cases. To pick up the list of works and work with the teams to agree the priority, specify the works required using NHF Schedule of Rates and then to work with the contractor base to get the works delivered. The works will then need signing off and the voids handing over to housing for occupation.

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
