A multi-disciplinary consultancy with three offices across the Southeast is seeking a Building Surveyor with expertise in party wall services to join their team.

This opportunity is perfect for a general practice Building Surveyor with a passion for party wall matters who thrives in a close-knit and supportive environment.

The Building Surveyor's Role

As a Building Surveyor, you will work across a diverse range of properties, primarily for public sector clients. You'll provide the full spectrum of building surveying services, with a strong focus on delivering party wall services.

Key Responsibilities Include:

1. Delivering general practice building surveying services.
2. Focusing on party wall services for a variety of projects.
3. Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success.

The Ideal Building Surveyor Will Have:

1. MRICS qualification (preferred but not essential).
2. RICS-accredited degree.
3. Significant party wall experience (essential).
4. At least 2 years of experience in a similar practice.
5. A proactive and collaborative approach to project delivery.

In Return:

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000
28 days annual leave, including extra time during the Christmas period + birthday off
