Recently acquired by Egis, Thomas & Adamson, a UK-based consultancy offering project management, cost management, building surveying, and safety services, seeks to expand its team.

They are looking for an Associate Building Surveyor to work out of the London office at least 3 days a week.

Job description

Core Requirements:

  1. Represent Thomas & Adamson professionally, ensuring service quality and integrity.
  2. Understand client requirements and deadlines, deploy resources efficiently, and manage project delivery within budgets.
  3. Nurture client relationships and support senior team members with scope creep or variations.
  4. Identify market, client, and project opportunities, supporting business development efforts.
  5. Grow new business through personal efforts.
  6. Cross-sell additional services to existing clients.
  7. Prepare fee quotes.
  8. Lead and support framework bids.
  9. Assist with fee management.
  10. Establish expertise in at least one service or industry.
  11. Follow and ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and deadlines.
