Are you an experienced Building Surveyor looking to advance your career with an award-winning consultancy? My client is seeking a talented Building Surveyor to join their Building Consultancy team based in Skipton.

Your Role as a Building Surveyor:

As part of the Building Consultancy team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading Contract Administration, primarily under JCT contracts.
  • Managing Party Wall Awards and advising clients throughout the process.
  • Preparing cost estimates, schedules of dilapidations, and handling negotiations.
  • Conducting building surveys and delivering detailed reports aligned with the Building Safety Act.
  • Submitting planning and building control applications.

What We're Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree in Building Surveying with a minimum of 18 months' experience.
  • Strong communication skills to confidently liaise with clients and stakeholders.
  • The ability to manage workloads independently and thrive in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and a solid understanding of UK building regulations.
