An established industry player is seeking a skilled Building Surveyor to join their dynamic surveying team. In this role, you will manage a variety of building surveying projects for both public and private sectors, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards. Your responsibilities will include conducting detailed site surveys, preparing specifications and drawings, and offering technical guidance. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Building Surveying, have at least three years of relevant experience, and be a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors or working towards MRICS status. As part of the surveying team, the postholder will deal with all aspects of building surveying across both the private and public sector, managing projects to ensure they are completed within agreed timeframes and to budget. Responsibilities include:
