Job description

I have just been contacted by a Housing Association in the Northeast who are urgently looking to bring on board an Interim Property Services Surveyor to replace a long-standing team member who is retiring.

Key responsibilities include:

• Responsive repairs
• Voids
• Damp, mould, and condensation
• Project management of insurance works

Length of Contract: 6-Months (with likelihood of extension)

Rate: £32-38 per hour (experience dependent)

Flexibility: 2 days in office, 1 on site, 2 from home
