Recently acquired by Egis, Thomas & Adamson, a UK-based consultancy offering project management, cost management, building surveying, and construction safety services, is expanding its team.

They are seeking an Associate Building Surveyor to work out of their London office at least 3 days a week.

Job description
Core Requirements:
  • Represent Thomas & Adamson professionally, ensuring service quality and integrity.
  • Collaborate with team members to understand client requirements and deadlines; deploy resources efficiently to meet them.
  • Manage project delivery within the project fee and seek fee recovery when appropriate.
  • Maintain client relationships and support senior team members in managing scope creep or variations.
  • Identify market, client, and project opportunities; assist in developing these opportunities.
  • Grow new business through personal efforts.
  • Cross-sell additional services to existing clients.
  • Prepare fee quotes and lead framework bids.
  • Assist with fee management.
  • Develop expertise in at least one service or industry.
  • Follow and comply with all Partnership policies, procedures, and deadlines.
  • Ensure staff under supervision comply with policies and procedures.
