You are experienced in project management, contract administration, and building surveys, and are proficient with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. Your proactive communication and problem-solving skills help you manage conflicting demands effectively.

To join us, you must also have:

  • Experience managing refurbishments within commercial premises
  • Experience delivering Planned Maintenance programmes and managing national contracts
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and suppliers
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and statutory requirements
