Job description

Our client is looking for a Building Surveyor to work within their Area Surveying team in South Shields.

Salary: £22.73 per hour

Working Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday-Friday.

Additional Benefits: Mileage allowance.

Responsibilities:

Attend customers' homes to inspect reported defects, agree on repairs, arrange equipment, and order materials to facilitate the completion of work.
