Job summary

A leading Global Construction Consultancy is in search of 2 Building Surveyors for contract positions based in Sheffield or Leeds. The selected candidates will be responsible for carrying out housing stock condition and EPC surveys on existing properties, with flexibility in location and a per-survey payment structure. The contract extends until October 2026, and immediate start is preferred.

Job description

Our client, a Global Construction Consultancy, is currently looking for 2 Building Surveyors to join their team based in either Sheffield or Leeds on a contract basis.

The successful candidates will be responsible for carrying out housing stock condition surveys and EPC survey programmes for their client on existing housing stock.

Candidates with previous experience in condition surveys and EPC surveys will be considered.

There is flexibility to be based in either Sheffield or Leeds, and the rate offered is on a per survey basis.

The contract runs until October 2026, and our client is looking for applicants who can start as soon as possible.
