If so, Moxie People is supporting a purpose-driven housing provider in North Somerset to recruit a temporary Interim Damp and Mould Surveyor.

This is your chance to join a Housing Association who are committed to doing right by its residents, and that includes taking damp and mould seriously.

We're on the lookout for an Interim Building Surveyor who specialises in damp, mould and condensation. Someone who knows how to spot the signs, investigate properly, and recommend solutions that make a difference.

You'll work closely with residents, contractors and internal teams to get to the root of the issue and keep homes safe and healthy.

Interim Damp and Mould Surveyor (Contract)

North Somerset

Up to £35/hr (Umbrella)

Full-time, flexible start dates

Hybrid (3 days on site / 2 days home working)
