Job summary

Graham Rose is seeking a Building Surveyor for Oxfordshire on a hybrid long-term contract to assist with writing specifications, producing reports and asset/stock condition surveys for a corporate and commercial portfolio. A newly qualified surveyor may be considered if capable of demonstrating knowledge in writing specs and reports.

Building Surveyor - Corporate & Commercial portfolio - Oxfordshire - Client Side (Local Authority) - Hybrid - Home / Site working - Long Term Contract (estimated up to 18 months) - c£300 per day (CIS / Self Employed) or c£225 per day PAYE (£58.5k pa) - weekly pay - Excellent prospects & personal development

A prestigious local government body who encourage personal development and qualifications, require an Building Surveyor in Oxfordshire to assist in writing specifications, producing reports and asset and stock condition surveys on the corporate and commercial portfolio.
