Job summary

Cosey Homes, based in Newcastle upon Tyne, is seeking a Building Surveyor to join our vibrant team. You will conduct surveys, prepare reports, and liaise with clients and contractors to keep projects on track.

The role requires a RICS accredited qualification or equivalent and proven Building Surveying experience, with strong communication and the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure. You will work with software and tools to support delivery.
