The role – what is it we would like you to do?

Currie & Brown is seeking a chartered or senior building surveyor to join our Milton Keynes office. The successful candidate will be part of a team covering all aspects of professional and project-related building surveying across the private and public sectors.

The candidate will support project leaders in delivering high-quality services, achieving successful client outcomes, sharing knowledge across projects, fostering innovation, and strengthening our reputation as a preferred service provider. The role involves assisting in managing client and project teams to deliver building surveying services profitably and on time. Services include design and specification, clerk of works, contract administration, building surveys, and dilapidations.

Your core duties will include:

• Delivering projects and assignments from start to finish
• Maintaining effective communication for project success and liaising with managers for financial control
• Assisting in managing client/project teams to deliver services profitably and timely
• Visiting sites for surveys, construction visits, and meetings with contractors, clients, and staff
• Ensuring work outputs are accurate and timely
• Representing the company professionally, building strong client relationships
