An established industry player is seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their dynamic team in Greater Manchester. A client within the Public Sector based in Greater Manchester is currently recruiting for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their team as soon as possible. The client is offering a full time, temporary position on an ongoing basis with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a local authority within a property and construction environment.
Key purpose of the role is to deliver a full range of traditional Building Surveying services across both public and private sector projects, assisting in the management of client and project teams to ensure high-quality service delivery from inception to completion.

The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering £60,000 per annum + £5,000 car allowance.
