Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Building Surveyor to join our Building Safety & Advisory Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive building surveys, assessing building conditions, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. This role involves inspecting building structures, preparing reports, and providing expert advice to clients and stakeholders, with a particular focus on external wall systems, fire safety, and structural integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work as part of the team in the delivery of projects in a client-facing role.
  • Undertake site survey work and prepare subsequent reports.
  • Deliver projects to high quality standards within deadlines.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Inspect, review designs, and plan for site inspection works.
  • Actively pursue continued professional development through training modules.
  • Implement and maintain the IMS and its processes, achieving expected outputs.
  • Conduct activities in a quality, healthy, and safe manner, reporting any observed problems or risks.

Qualifications / Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Building Surveying, or an equivalent field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in building surveying, focusing on external walls, fire safety, and compliance assessments.
