Residential Building Surveyor – East London / Remote

Up to £65,000 + Bonus | Remote Working | Private Medical & Dental | Career Development

A leading surveying and real estate consultancy is on the lookout for an MRICS-qualified Residential Building Surveyor to join their East London team. With a flexible remote working setup and a strong pipeline of residential surveys, this is the perfect role for someone who wants autonomy, progression, and work-life balance.

Your Role:

1. Conduct Level 2 & Level 3 residential surveys (houses, flats, apartments)
2. Assess and report on structural issues and defects
3. Produce clear, concise and client-friendly reports
4. Liaise with clients, estate agents, and stakeholders to ensure a smooth process
5. Carry out residential property valuations

1. Solid experience conducting detailed Level 3 residential surveys
2. Confident communicator – able to explain technical details clearly and simply
