Service Care Solutions is seeking a Building Surveyor in Surrey to provide professional surveying and technical services for building repairs and adaptations.

You will manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring work is on time, within budget, and meets quality standards.

This is a full time, temporary assignment offering £30 per hour Umbrella LTD (£24 per hour PAYE).

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee projects, supervise contractors, and ensure compliance with legislation.
• Advise on legislative changes and sustainable technologies.
• Build positive relationships with residents, contractors, and internal teams.
• Evaluate contracts and tender processes to ensure best value.
• Conduct site visits, climb ladders, and access confined spaces safely.

Requirements :

• Recognised building qualification or relevant experience.
• Knowledge of contract management in building maintenance.
• Full UK driving licence and own transport.
• Ability to work outside normal hours and in various physical environments when required.
