Building Surveyor

If you're a qualified HNC or degree qualified Building Surveyor or Repairs Surveyor looking to move into a social housing team that values your input, expertise, and knowledge within repairs plus damp & mold, Moxie are working with a London based Housing Association that wants to make a difference by providing a quality and safe environment for their tenants.

Location: South East/London Blended - Home, Office & Site Visits (flexible hybrid)

Contract: Full-time - Permanent - £55-65K (depending on experience)

This role would suit a Repairs Surveyor, Building Surveyor, Voids Surveyor, or Planned Works Surveyor looking to get back into repairs.

What You'll Do:

1. Inspect properties & diagnose damp, mould, and disrepair
2. Specify, manage & monitor remedial works from start to finish
3. Deliver excellent customer experience & meet KPI targets
4. Collaborate with contractors & residents
5. Ensure works meet quality, compliance & budget standards

What We're Looking For:

1. Qualified Surveyor (RICS/CIOB or HNC equivalent experience)
2. 2+ years in housing disrepair/major works
3. Strong communicator, organiser, and problem-solver
4. Tech-savvy with Microsoft & project tools
5. Valid UK driving licence
