Job Title: Building Surveyor

Location: Leeds

Contract Length: 3 months minimum (ongoing)

Hourly Rate: £22 - £26 p/h

Are you a qualified building surveyor with local authority experience looking for your next contract?

We are working with a local housing provider that is looking for a building surveyor with social housing and repairs experience.

As a contract building surveyor, you will:

• Carry out pre and post inspections for voids, repairs, and planned works.
• Diagnose complex repairs and advise the repairs team on necessary works.
• Oversee contractors undertaking works and provide updates.
• Provide technical advice to the repairs team and wider property service team when required.

As a contract building surveyor, it is required that you:

• Have a relevant building surveying or construction qualification(s).
• MRICS is preferred but not essential.
• Hold a clean driver's license with business insurance.
• Have social housing and repairs experience.

As a contract building surveyor, you will receive:

• £22 - £26 p/h (flexible based on qualifications/experience).
• Long-term contract with likely extension.
• Early Friday finishes.
