Job Description:

This reputable Consultancy are seeking to appoint two Building Surveyors, one at an Associate level and the other ideally Chartered however they will consider applicants nearing the end of their APC training.

You will be involved on an impressive portfolio of blue chip retail Clients across a variety of sectors including food, white goods and outdoor pursuits.

The services you will deliver will lean towards professional services with some project work and will include dilapidation works, party wall matters, condition surveys, preparation of schedule of works, contract administration and valuation assessments.

The successful Candidates will join a wider multi disciplinary technical team, currently enjoying a robust workload and a developing stable Client base.

Person Specification:

Applicants for these roles will ideally be MRICS or close to completing the APC route to Chartership.

You will be comfortable in a Client facing role with proven Consultancy experience delivering schemes in the Retail sectors.
