The Role

Based at the Huddersfield office, you’ll be a key member of this Contract Administration Team, taking ownership of projects from inception to completion. You’ll enjoy a varied role combining site visits, contract administration, specifications, quality management, cost control, CDM duties, Party Wall surveys, and client-facing responsibilities. You’ll also play a pivotal role in mentoring junior team members and shaping how projects are delivered.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all aspects of contract administration and project communication
  • Manage contractors and site teams to ensure projects run smoothly and to schedule
  • Prepare detailed specifications, schedules of work, and cost reports
  • Oversee quality, safety, and compliance on site
  • Build and maintain excellent client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
  • Mentor and guide junior colleagues, helping them grow professionally
What We’re Looking For
  • RICS or CIOB accredited construction degree
  • 5+ years post-qualification experience in new build and refurbishment projects
  • Proven technical expertise and confidence in client-facing roles
  • Leadership skills and experience mentoring junior staff
  • Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
