Job summary

Stoneridge Consulting is seeking a Building Surveyor to join their Yorkshire team in Huddersfield. This role suits an early-career surveyor eager to gain exposure to professional building surveying services, with full APC and chartership guidance.

You'll work on inspections, condition surveys, refurbishment, and contract administration across sectors including Fire, Healthcare, Education, Residential, and Commercial, with hybrid working and structured career development.

Qualifications

• A degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline.
• Progress with APC.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Confident communication skills, including the ability to lead meetings when required.
• A proactive, team-focused approach with a commitment to continuous learning.

Responsibilities

Building Surveyor-Yorkshire

We're currently working with a well-established and highly regarded property consultancy that is looking to appoint a Building Surveyor to join their growing Yorkshire Building Consultancy team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a surveyor who is early in their career and keen to gain exposure to a broad range of professional building surveying services, while being fully supported through their RICS APC and chartership journey.

The Role

As part of an experienced team, you'll be involved in a varied workload across professional and project-based services, with clear progression and development opportunities.

Some of the sectors you will work in- Fire, Healthcare, Education, Resi, Commercial.
