There is an APC training programme in place for those Surveyors looking to become Chartered.

You will have

To be successful as a Building Surveyor, you will have a healthy mix of the following:

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and negotiate with all levels of internal and external parties.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal support or within a large multi-disciplinary team.
  • A strong design background and to be proficient in AutoCAD.

Whilst we are ideally looking for a more experienced Building Surveyor with at least 3-4 years experience, this forward thinking organisation also offer career development opportunities for an up-and-coming individual. So would also welcome applications from more junior or graduate surveyors.
