JAM Recruitment Ltd. is partnering with a multi-disciplinary property consultancy to recruit a Building Surveyor in Exeter. The role combines office, home and site work across Devon, delivering surveying services to clients to RICS standards.

You will lead building surveying projects from inception to completion, prepare specifications and drawings, carry out condition surveys and provide technical guidance. A driving licence and strong communication are essential for autonomous delivery.

Qualifications

Building Surveyor–Exeter, up to £45,000 per annum, full time (37 hours per week) with hybrid working. You will deliver professional surveying services for a multi‑disciplinary consultancy, managing projects across Devon from inception to completion. Responsibilities include preparing specifications, drawings, and tender documentation, conducting condition surveys, and offering technical guidance to clients.
