Job description

GCB Recruitment is excited to present a fantastic opportunity for a Building Surveyor to join our client, a reputable surveying company based on the North Norfolk coast. This is an excellent role for individuals who are either graduate surveyors looking to progress or experienced professionals aspiring to advance to chartered status. Your expertise will contribute to delivering high-quality surveying services within a supportive team environment.

What's on offer:

This role offers a competitive salary, with basic earnings ranging from £25,000 for graduates to up to £60,000 for chartered surveyors, with the possibility of discretionary bonuses. Individuals may utilise their own car, with potential options for a company vehicle. There is also room for career progression for the right individual, with opportunities to grow within the company.

Working hours are Monday to Friday on a hybrid basis,allowing for a balanced work-life schedule

Building Surveyorrequirements:

  • Have relevant experience as a Building Surveyor, including a diverse range of surveying experience, particularly in general practice surveying.
  • Hold RICS qualifications
  • Familiarity with CAD software is advantageous
  • The ability to perform level 3 surveying tasks is essential.
  • Full clean driving license

The role of Building Surveyor will involve:
