Responsibilities

• The successful Building Surveyor will have the opportunity to deliver projects both nationally and internationally, working across a wide variety of sectors including healthcare, mixed-use, office, residential, sport and leisure.
• The Building Surveyor will also be responsible for providing professional services such as condition surveys, planned maintenance, schedules of condition, TDD, feasibility studies, defect analysis and dilapidations.

Person specification / Qualifications

• This role will suit a Building Surveyor with key client management skills and is keen to progress in an organic environment.
• MRICS qualified (Not essential)
• RICS accredited degree
• Experience within a construction focused practice, ideally
• Public sector project experience would be advantageous
