Job summary

Bury Council is seeking a qualified Building Surveyor to join its Delivery Team. The role involves in-house technical surveying and inspections relating to repairs, maintenance and refurbishment.

You will need experience of surveying domestic properties, contract management and of managing property projects. You will collaborate with colleagues and contractors to ensure the housing stock and public buildings are kept in good repair through robust surveys and effective remedial works.
