A Building Surveyor with significant professional services and project management experience is now needed by a well-respected and employee focused Building Consultancy in Birmingham.

The motivated Building Surveyor will need to showcase their skill set with Contract Administration, Building Surveys, Dilapidations and some Party Wall matters.

The successful Building Surveyor will have a hybrid position (3:2 split)

The Role for the Building Surveyor

With excellent clients within the Commercial & High-End residential sector, the Building Surveyor will play a key part in furthering relationships. Their clients are held to a high regard and supporting all requirements across the Building Surveying spectrum is part of this role.

You will find a 50/50 split between professional services and projects, supporting stunning Residential properties and modern offices within Birmingham and the surrounding towns.

The Company the Building Surveyor will join

This well-respected consultancy operates across Birmingham and London, supporting domestic and international clients within the Prime Residential world. They do have a portfolio of Commercial clients, with CAT A/B works taking place.

93 employees total and the Building Surveyor will be supported by a Chartered Building Surveyor and a Director.

This consultancy has solid plans for growth, with the hope to go towards 120 employees by the end of 2026.

What do you need to bring?

• BSc/MSc in Building Surveying or Real Estate
• 3+ years work experience (ideally with a consultancy)
• Residential experience would be ideal
• A desire to become MRICS / already obtained
• Professional services and project management evidence
• Solid communicator and team player
