What Youll Be Doing:

• Leading refurbishment and / or dilapidation projects from the outset
• Carrying out building surveys, producing high-quality technical reports, and managing client expectations
• Attending client meetings and building strong, lasting relationships
• Working flexibly across office, site, and remote environments in Birmingham and surrounding areas
• Playing an influential role in the companys ongoing growth and development

What Were Looking For:

• Solid experience in dilapidations, refurbishment, and project delivery
• Ability to confidently manage projects through every stage
• Comfortable working across a variety of occupied and unoccupied buildings
• Based in or around Birmingham, or happy to travel
