Our client is a dynamic leading consultancy delivering in commercial projects across NI.

They have a great opportunity for Building Surveyor(s) to join them on a permanent basis working out of their Belfast office.

Responsibilities and ideal person:

As a Building Surveyor, you will have numerous responsibilities including undertaking a wide variety of building surveying and project management roles in order to support an already successful Department with a broad range of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Adherence to the technical standard of your level
2. Adherence to behavioural competencies of your level
3. Adherence to Company Shared Values
4. Compliance with Company Policies
5. Compliance with health and safety roles detailed within the Occupational Health & Safety Manual
6. Attendance at project meetings, staff meetings, other meetings, chairing and directing as required
7. IT literacy including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, NBS Specification Manager
8. A relevant RICS accredited Building Surveying degree
9. Experience in a similar role
