Who we are

A thriving well-established local business, db+PAUL Ltd is a friendly firm providing building surveying and architectural services in Somerset.

We are forward-thinking and proud of our strong local reputation for being both professional and approachable. Our surveying, architectural and admin teams work closely together, with our company values in mind, to give our clients the best possible service.

We aim to be environmentally responsible and incorporate these values into our surveying and architectural work. We keep up to date with the latest technologies and developments in the sector, as well as undertaking regular training on improving the energy efficiency of older buildings (of which we have many in Wells!).

Who we’re looking for

Are you an AssocRICS/MRICS professional with a passion for providing advice and support on a variety of property related matters to the public and businesses?

We pride ourselves on the quality of our Survey Reports and have a great reputation amongst local clients and estate agents alike. If you are also a registered RICS valuer, this would be very welcome.

Do you have a keen interest in buildings and the development of the built environment?
