Building Surveyor Basildon Junior to Senior level

An exciting opportunity has arisen for Building Surveyors of all levels to join a highly respected and growing building surveying practice in Basildon. As a Building Surveyor, you will play a key role in a multi-disciplinary team, contributing to a wide range of projects while enjoying the chance to progress your career within a dynamic and supportive environment.

The Role:

• Undertake a variety of building surveying duties including project management/contract administration, building surveys, party wall matters, dilapidations, licence to alter, and condition reports
• Work across both residential and commercial properties, ensuring that projects are delivered to the highest standards
• Collaborate with clients and colleagues, bringing a proactive and solution-focused mindset to your work
• Depending on your experience, you may have the opportunity to manage, mentor, and develop junior team members, shaping the future of the team and contributing to its ongoing success
