A public sector client is seeking a Repairs and Maintenance Surveyor to join their team in Barnsley. This full-time, temporary role involves providing technical expertise for building maintenance and ensuring compliance with housing standards. The ideal candidate will have a Level 4 qualification or relevant experience, along with strong skills in diagnosing building defects and managing contracts. This position includes a competitive hourly rate and the possibility of a referral bonus.
A client within the Public Sector based in South is currently recruiting for a Repairs and Maintenance Surveyor to join their Repairs, Maintenance and Building Safety team as soon as possible. The client is offering a full-time, temporary position on an ongoing basis with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a local authority within a housing repairs environment.
The key purpose of the role is to provide technical expertise on all aspects of building maintenance under the direction of the Repairs & Maintenance Manager and Senior Repairs & Maintenance Surveyor, ensuring a customer-focused, right-first-time approach and maintaining quality and safety across both revenue and capital works.

The client is looking to move quickly with this role and is offering £25 per hour Umbrella LTD Inside IR35 (approx. £19 per hour PAYE).
