You will be working for an established multidisciplinary Building Consultancy based in Lancashire. The firm has grown providing professional services in Project Management, Architecture, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, and Principal Designer. Your new role
As an MRICS Building Surveyor, you will join as an Associate Partner / Partner to help lead the team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for progression to become an Equity Partner and share in the firm's success. You will work independently as an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor and manage a team of staff, technicians, and sub-consultants. You will also actively secure and manage instructions from clients.

Key responsibilities:

  • Perform full duties of an experienced commercial Chartered Building Surveyor.
  • Manage a team.
  • Lead projects and programmes as the client lead.
  • Assist in managing the company's operations, including finance and marketing.

What you'll need to succeed

  • MRICS or FRICS qualification.
  • Experienced Chartered Building Surveyor with private sector or commercial, education, industrial sector experience.
  • Strong knowledge of CDM and the Building Safety Act.
  • Working knowledge of BIM is preferable.
  • Proven experience at a senior management level.
  • Proficient in industry software such as NBS, AutoCAD, and SAGE.
  • Full UK driving license.
