As part of Building Standards & Public Safety within Neighbourhoods, Regeneration and Sustainability, and reporting to a Team Manager, you will provide professional support. Your responsibilities include contributing to the delivery of Council and service targets, monitoring your workload, maintaining records, and achieving performance indicators and timescales. It is essential that you are a full Member of MRICS, MCIOB, MBENG, or an equivalent construction-related professional institute.
