Join Our Building Standards Team in Glasgow

We invite you to be part of Scotland's largest and most vibrant city, Glasgow, known for its diversity and forward-thinking approach. The city offers a wide range of projects, from minor domestic works to major private and public housing developments, industrial and commercial projects, and numerous entertainment venues supporting our social and night-time economies. We also undertake complex high-rise developments and are involved in licensing safety at sports grounds, festivals, concerts, and international events.

As part of the Building Standards & Public Safety team within Neighbourhoods, Regeneration and Sustainability, and reporting to a Team Manager, you will provide professional support to help deliver council and service targets, meet national performance standards, and maintain appropriate records to ensure performance indicators and deadlines are met. Candidates must be full members of MRICS, MCIOB, MBENG, or an equivalent construction-related professional institute.
