About Us

We are a growing Building services/ M&E company specialising in delivering high-quality building services solutions across commercial and industrial sectors. Our team is expanding, and we're looking for motivated Building Services Trainee's to join us and develop their career in the industry. We are looking for dynamic candidates wanting to learn all aspects of the Business from on site to in the office and grow within us.

Role Overview

As a Building Services Trainee, you will work alongside experienced engineers and technicians, assisting in the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical and electrical building systems. This is a hands-on role with opportunities to learn and progress towards becoming a fully qualified Building Services Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting with the installation and servicing of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Supporting senior engineers with diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance
  • Ensuring all tools, materials, and work areas are prepared and maintained
  • Learning and adhering to industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices
  • Completing basic documentation and reports as required
  • Developing knowledge of building services systems and components through on-the-job training
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Some experience or training in building services, plumbing, electrical work, or a related trade is desirable but not essential
  • Eagerness to learn and progress within the industry
  • Good practical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
  • A proactive and positive attitude towards health and safety
  • Full UK driving licence (preferred)
