Job description

Are you looking for a full-time role that allows you to contribute to a world-renowned organisation? Sadler's Wells is searching for an adaptable, flexible and resourceful Building Services Technician. You will work closely with the Building Services Manager on maintaining, repairing, and installing various building systems.

As a Building Services Technician, working as part of a small friendly team, you will be responsible for all routine maintenance, checks, inspections of electrical and mechanical systems, maintaining accurate records, diagnosing and troubleshooting faults.

What we’re looking for:
  1. Reliable and punctual attitude
  2. Attention to detail
  3. Good Electrical experience is required (minimum of 18th Edition) or City & Guilds/NVQ or other relevant qualifications (depending on your specialism, one of these is essential, the other is desirable)
  4. Knowledge of BMS systems
  5. Computer literate
  6. Ability to play an active role in the company’s emergency procedures
  7. Commitment to providing high standards of customer care
  8. Team player
  9. Able to work unsupervised
