Job Overview

You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our three Electrical Installations workshops, two plumbing workshops and stores. You will need to have experience of electrical systems and be willing to share your skills, knowledge and experience with our learners. We need someone that can organise and deliver workshop tasks to a good standard, maintain stock levels of materials, and support the needs of our learners. You will contribute to team meetings and be a key part of the team processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Run day‑to‑day operations of Electrical Installations workshops, plumbing workshops and stores.
  • Organise and deliver workshop tasks to a good standard.
  • Maintain stock levels of materials.
  • Support learner needs and contribute to team meetings.
  • Ensure health and safety compliance, keeping risk assessments up to date.
