Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driving licence.
• Must live close enough to respond to emergency call outs within twenty minutes.
• Caretaking or security experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Open and close buildings on time; ensure safety and security using alarms; undertake routine maintenance.
• Supervise cleaning and caretaking staff and contractors; undertake site inspections and recycling; check and respond to emails and complete paperwork.
• Undertake training activities; work with internal and external customers; support the wider team as directed.
