Qualifications

Job description

What we are looking for:

We are seeking a highly motivated, reliable, and proactive individual to join our dedicated facilities team as a Building Services Supervisor at Saltley Academy. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and safe operation of our school premises, supporting the Site Manager in maintaining a high-quality environment for students, staff, and visitors.

The successful candidate will report to the Site Manager, assisting with daily maintenance and security of the buildings and grounds as required. Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements is essential. Previous caretaking/cleaning experience is preferred. A driving licence is advantageous.
