Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in the construction industry.
  • 3+ years in a senior role.
  • Experience in MEP Contracts Management encouraged.

  • Lead MEP services across all project phases.
  • Manage cost control and compliance with Building Control.

Your new role

  • Lead MEP services across all project phases – from design to handover.
  • Manage cost control, change processes, and compliance with Building Control.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Provide innovative solutions to technical challenges.
  • Mentor junior staff and support knowledge sharing across teams.
  • Build strong relationships with contractors and stakeholders

What you'll need to succeed

  • 10+ years of experience in the construction industry, including 3+ years in a senior role.
  • Candidates with a background in MEP Contracts Management are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, fire, security, and control systems.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience in building operations is desirable but not essential.
