Qualifications

• 10+ ans d'expérience dans l'industrie de la construction.
• Au moins 3 ans dans un rôle senior.
• Connaissance forte des systèmes électriques, mécaniques, de sécurité et de contrôle.

Responsibilities

• Diriger les services MEP à travers toutes les phases du projet.
• Gérer le contrôle des coûts et la conformité avec le contrôle de bâtiment.

Your new role

• Lead MEP services across all project phases - from design to handover.
• Manage cost control, change processes, and compliance with Building Control.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Provide innovative solutions to technical challenges.
• Mentor junior staff and support knowledge sharing across teams.
• Build strong relationships with contractors and stakeholders

What you'll need to succeed

• 10+ years of experience in the construction industry, including 3+ years in a senior role.
• Candidates with a background in MEP Contracts Management are encouraged to apply.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, fire, security, and control systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in building operations is desirable but not essential.
